How do I set up a withdrawal?

You can have your money moving in just a few short steps. Ezra processes withdrawals directly to a linked debit card. If you do not have a debit card, please contact customer care for other options.

1. Log in to Ezra

2. Choose "Withdraw" in the left-hand navigation panel

3. If you have not already done so, add the debit card to which you'd like your withdrawal sent: choose "Link a card" at the bottom of the card list and complete the associated form

4. Select the debit card to which you wish to withdraw, enter and amount, and choose "Withdraw"

5. In the pop-over screen, review transaction details and provide an optional reason for your withdrawal. Withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed once you press "confirm" on this page, so be sure everything looks accurate.

6. Press "Confirm"

7. The system will process your withdrawal, and you'll see a new "OK" button once complete.

Then, keep an eye on your receiving bank account for the transfer to arrive — usually in just a few minutes and often less.
